Registrations for 2020 will be processed beginning September 15, 2019. Registrations received by that date are processed in a random lottery draw. Applications received after September 15, 2019, are processed in order they are received. Registrations received after May 1, 2020 must be paid in full. You will be notified if your 1st choice class is full. Confirmation notices will be sent beginning November 15, 2019.
Tuition includes class(es), lectures, receptions, and admission to the quilt show and merchant mall. Class supply fees are not included.
A $25 charge is applied for any changes to class or housing registration after Sept 1, 2020.
Deposit & Processing Fee
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required for each session at the time of registration. This fee includes a $25 processing fee per session to reserve your space at QBL. The remaining $175 will be put towards tuition fees. If the class you want is full, and you do not have a 2nd or 3rd choice, your deposit is returned and your name is put on a wait list.
Final payment is due August 15th, 2020. A $25 late fee is added to all payments received after that date.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Program Coordinator. Participants are encouraged to obtain Cancellation and Travel Insurance, usually purchased through your travel agent. In the event QBL is required to cancel the conference due to circumstances beyond our control, participants will receive refunds pro-rated based on the number of days of housing, meals and classes they received.
QBL is not responsible for travel refunds.
